Program Informational Activities. MDHS must provide SNAP applicants and recipients with their rights and responsibilities regarding the program. All program informational materials must be available in other languages and include a statement that the SNAP is available without regard to race, color, sex, age, handicap, religious creed, national origin, or political belief.
