Personnel Standards

Personnel Standards. Only authorized merit personnel will be allowed to conduct certification interviews or certify applicants except for SSI households and USDA declared disaster victims or as otherwise allowed by FNS instruction. Volunteers may be utilized for outreach, prescreening, assisting applicants in the application and certification process and in securing needed verification.
