Definitions. The terms defined in the Mississippi Gaming Control Act have the same meaning in these regulations as they have in that Act, unless the context otherwise requires. As used in these regulations, the following terms have the following definitions, unless the context requires otherwise. (a) "Act" means the Mississippi Gaming Control Act. (b) "Operating licensee" means the person or entity licensed to actually operate a particular gaming establishment. (c) "Executive Director" includes any duly authorized agent of the Executive Director. (Adopted: 09/25/1991.)
