Unauthorized Procurement Of Records Prohibited. An applicant, licensee, registered company, or enrolled person shall not, directly or indirectly, procure or attempt to procure from the Commission information or records that are not made available by proper authority. Any violation of this regulation constitutes reasonable cause for disciplinary action or to deny any application. (Adopted: 09/25/1991.)
