Application Availability. A. The application must be readily available to potentially eligible households as the household has a right to same day filing. B. Households who contact the agency for SNAP, but do not wish to come to the office, must be advised: 1. An application will be mailed to them the same day, or 2. They can complete or obtain an application online.
