Method of Restoration. A. Regardless of current eligibility status, MDHS must restore lost benefits to a household by issuing a benefit equal to the amount of benefits that were lost. B. The amount of benefits will be issued in addition to the benefit currently eligible households are entitled to receive. C. MDHS may honor requests by households to restore lost benefits in monthly installments.
