Residents of Institutions

Residents of Institutions. A. Individuals who receive over 50% of three (3) meals daily from an institution where they live are residents of institutions. B. Residents of institutions are not eligible for SNAP. C. Note: There are five exceptions to this rule listed in Rule 5.12 Residents of Institutions Exceptions.
