Required Household Combinations

Required Household Combinations. Individuals identified below must be included in the same SNAP household with the other people they live with, even if they purchase and prepare food separately: A. Spouses: Individuals must be legally married. B. Parents and Children: An individual under 22 years of age living with his/her natural, adoptive or stepparent(s). C. Minors Under Parental Control: A child (other than a foster child) under 18 years of age who is financially or otherwise dependent on a household member who is not his or her parent.
