Notice of a Programmatic Administrative Agency Appeal. The Division of Administrative Hearings shall provide written notice to the Appellant at least ten (10) calendar days in advance of the date of the Administrative Agency Appeal. The notice shall contain the date, time, and location of the Administrative Agency Appeal and the Appellant’s rights relating to the appeal.
