Registration Renewal

Registration Renewal. A labor organization registration shall be effective for one year. Any such registration may be renewed upon filing of an updated "labor organization registration statement" no later than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of the current registration. The Commission shall act upon such application for renewal no later than thirty (30) days prior to the date of expiration of the current registration. (Adopted: 01/20/1993.)
