Purpose

Purpose. The purpose of a Subgrant Administrative Agency Appeal shall be to provide an opportunity for a formal review when a Subgrantee disagrees with an adverse action. A Subgrant Administrative Agency Appeal shall allow a Subgrantee to present its case to a Hearing Officer. The scope of a Subgrant Administrative Agency Appeal shall be limited to the appealed adverse action. Subgrant Administrative Agency Appeals shall consist of up to two (2) stages of appeal, a Subgrant Administrative Hearing and a Subgrant Administrative Hearing Review.
