Notice of a Subgrant Administrative Hearing Review. When a Subgrantee makes a timely request for a Subgrant Administrative Hearing Review, the Director of the Division of Administrative Hearings shall, within ten (10) calendar days of receipt, send a notice acknowledging receipt and setting the date and time by which a Subgrant Administrative Hearing Review shall be released.
