Burden of Proof

Burden of Proof. A Subgrantee bears the burden of proof of establishing, by a preponderance of the evidence, that an adverse action was improper. This burden of proof applies in both Subgrant Administrative Hearings and Subgrant Administrative Hearing Reviews.
