Compromised and Terminated SNAP Overpayments
A. MDHS does not compromise any SNAP debts.
B. MDHS will terminate a SNAP debt that meets the following criteria:
1. Has been paid in full, or
DocuSign Envelope ID: 091DD500-2B73-4107-944B-46477E438DF8
2. All adult household members are now deceased.
