Prohibition of Staff Residing at Facility – A Congregate Care Facility may not be used as a permanent residence for live-in childcare workers or other staff members working at the facility. Staff must leave the facility when they are not working in a childcare worker capacity. Traditional Group Home Partner Providers utilizing an approved house parent model must provide direct care workers that live on the property with separate living quarters with a bedroom, bath and kitchen.
