Family Visits and Communication – The Partner Provider must have and follow written policies that encourage and support family visitation, mail, telephone calls, and other forms of communication with family, friends, and significant others. The policy must include approval of the visit based on the court order or MDCPS’s approval. A copy of the policies must be provided to all children, staff, parent(s) or guardian, and MDCPS.
