Children’s Grievance Procedures – The Partner Provider must have and follow a written grievance procedure which allows Children in care to make complaints without fear of retaliation. The grievance form must be placed in an area and made available, with easy accessibility, to the residents. This procedure must be written in clear and simple language and must be explained to children and their legal guardian. A copy must be provided to each individual party or a child placing Partner Provider upon request.
