New Construction – New construction at a facility includes new buildings, additions to existing buildings, or the conversion of existing buildings or portions thereof. Prior to commencing new construction, the Partner Provider must submit a plan of action to MDCPS and a copy of the building permit to MDCPS. The Health Department and Fire Department must be contacted prior to commencing new construction.
