Statutory Authority
This Regulation is promulgated by the Commissioner of Insurance of the State of Mississippi to
implement Sections 83-5-1, 83-5-19 and 83-19-79 through 83-19-97 of the Mississippi Code of
1972, as Amended, and is adopted pursuant to the authority granted to said Commissioner in
Sections 83-19-91 and 83-19-97.
