Effective Date

Effective Date This Regulation shall become effective thirty (30) days after filing with the Office of the Secretary of State. Source: Miss. Code Ann. Sections 83-5-29 et seq., 83-9-101 et seq., 25-43-1 et seq., Mississippi Insurance Department Regulation Number 88-101, and other applicable provisions of the Mississippi Insurance Laws.
