Acquisition of Control - Statement Filing (Form A)
A person required to file a statement pursuant to Section 83-6-24 of the Act shall furnish the
required information on Form A, hereby made a part of this regulation. Such person shall also
furnish the required information on Form E, hereby made a part of this regulation and described
in Rule 20.14 of this regulation.
