Conflicts of Law

Conflicts of Law To the extent the provisions of this Regulation conflict with other provisions of State law, the provisions of this Regulation shall be controlling pursuant to the authority granted under Miss. Code Ann. § 83-1-43 (Rev. 1999), and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as Amended.
