Miss. Code Ann. § 65-3-71.95

(1) That segment of Mississippi Highway 19 located in Neshoba County beginning at the corporate limits of Philadelphia in Neshoba County and extending southeasterly to the Neshoba/Newton county line is designated and shall be known as the “ Chaney, Goodman and Schwerner Memorial Highway.” (2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway.
