Miss. Code Ann. § 69-2-11

Emerging crop designations shall include, but not be limited to: (a) Blueberries; (b) Muscadines; (c) Christmas trees; (d) Aquaculture, including any species from the Gulf of Mexico and its tributaries; (e) Horticulture; (f) Rabbit farming and processing; and (g) Others designated by the Mississippi Development Authority or Legislature. Emerging crop designations shall not include medical cannabis establishments as defined in the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Act.
