Miss. Code Ann. § 75-29-11

An article shall be deemed to be mislabeled or misbranded: If such article is not in conformity with the requirements for the declaration of net quantity of contents of Section 4 of the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act ( 15 USCS 1451 et seq. ) and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, and with the requirements of the Nutrition Labeling and Education Act of 1990.
