Miss. Code Ann. § 41-7-95

All moneys collected under the provisions of Section 11-7-13 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 , shall be exempted from the provisions of Sections 41-7-71 through 41-7-95 . Nothing in Sections 41-7-71 through 41-7-95 shall be construed as repealing Sections 85-3-17 and 85-3-19 .
