ARM 1.2.211. MODEL RULES: LOCATION AND INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE

(1) The attorney general of the state of Montana has developed model organization and procedural rules, recommended to the departments. These model rules are stated in their entirety under chapter 3 of this title. (2) When a department adopts the model rules, this must be included in its procedural rules. The department must note and explain any variation it makes to a model rule.
