ARM 1.3.222. MODEL RULE 18 CONTESTED CASES, EX PARTE CONSULTATIONS

(1) Section 2-4-613, MCA protects all parties in a contested case from informal conferences between the agency and one of the parties. Such conferences may only occur under the circumstances and requirements provided in that section.
