ARM 1.4.101. AGENCY RULEMAKING REQUIREMENTS

(1) Agencies conducting administrative rulemaking must comply with Title 2, chapter 4, MCA, which outlines the requirements for administrative rulemaking, and the model rules of practice in this chapter, that guide agencies and supplement the statutory requirements.
