ARM 20.9.704. LENGTH OF STAY COMMITTEE DECISIONS

(1) The committee shall determine length of stay for each youthful offender based upon the following criteria: (a) the delinquency history of the youthful offender; (b) the severity and chronicity of the offenses committed by the youthful offender within the past 12 months; and (c) mitigating or aggravating circumstances surrounding the act for which the youth has been adjudicated.
