ARM 23.13.103. RECORD OF ALL POST COUNCIL MEETINGS

(1) As required by Title 2, chapter 6, MCA, POST will maintain records of all meetings and make those records available for public inspection. The record consists of an audio recording, transcript,or minutes of the proceedings. POST will maintain an audio recording of its meetings whenever possible.
