20.24.1001 DEFINITIONS The following definitions apply to this subchapter: (1) "Board" is the Board of Crime Control. (2) "Committee" is the Appeal Review Committee of the Board of Crime Control. (3) "Council" is the Montana Public Safety Officer Standards and Training Council. (4) "Executive director" is the executive director of the Board of Crime Control. (5) "Hearing examiner" is a person appointed in accordance with 2-4-611, MCA. (6) "Parties" means the aggrieved party or the council.
