23.14.1005 RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS (1) The record of the decision by the council shall be provided to the executive director within 30 days after the notice of appeal is filed. (2) Unless otherwise stipulated by the parties, the contents of the record shall be determined pursuant to 2-4-614, MCA. (3) The parties may stipulate to submission of less than the entire record.
