ARM 23.14.406. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATE

In addition to ARM 23.14.403 and 23.14.404 above, the following are required for the award of the intermediate certificate:
(1) Must have served at least one year with and has completed the probationary period prescribed by present employing agency and is satisfactorily performing his duties as attested to by the head of the employing law enforcement agency.
(2) Shall possess the basic certificate.
(3) Has four years experience and 40 training points; or
(4) Has five years experience and 30 training points; or
(5) Has four years experience, 20 training points, possess an associate degree; or
(6) Has three years experience, 15 training points, possess a baccalaureate degree.
