23.17.313 MLEA FIREARMS PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER BASIC COURSE (1) A student must achieve a passing score in the MLEA firearms training course. (2) The total accumulative points possible for the firearms training course shall be filed with the POST advisory council in conjunction with the annual review of the curriculums as prescribed in ARM 23.14.416(3) .
