ARM 23.19.401. DEFINITIONS

(1) "Department" means the Montana Department of Justice. (2) "Panel" means a three-member arbitration panel. (3) Reference to "days" as a time for the performance of any act under this chapter shall mean calendar days, unless otherwise specified. (4) "Manufacturer" includes a designee of the manufacturer.
