ARM 23.19.603. ISSUANCE OF AN IDENTITY THEFT PASSPORT

(1) The Office of Victim Services will issue an identity theft passport if the provisions of this subchapter have been complied with and the office has a reasonable basis to conclude that the alleged identity theft occurred. (2) Identity theft passports will not be issued if the application or report is submitted by anyone other than a Montana law enforcement agency. (3) Each identity theft passport has a unique number printed on it along with an expiration date. The expiration date will be three years from when the card was originally issued by the department.
