ARM 23.3.142. DISHONORED CHECKS

(1) If a check drawn and remitted in payment of the driver's license fee is dishonored: (a) the applicant is not entitled to the issuance of a driver's license, and (b) the division shall cancel any license issued as a result of the dishonored check. (2) If a check drawn and remitted in payment of the driver rehabilitation program fee is dishonored: (a) the person's probationary license shall be cancelled, and (b) the suspension or revocation, whichever the case may be, shall be reinstated.
