ARM 23.3.212. ALTERED DRIVER'S LICENSE

A license received by the Division that indicates on its face that any data or photograph has been altered may be suspended for 6 months. A statement must be received indicating that the individual who picked up the license received it from the individual pictured and/or named on the license. Rules 13
