24.177.414 FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY ADMINISTRATION PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS (1) Physical examinations for purposes of obtaining a Department of Transportation (DOT) motor carrier license are limited to licensees who have completed the requisite medical examiner training and examination that is provided by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
