ARM 24.121.403. LICENSE AND REGISTERED APPRENTICE ID CARD DISPLAY REQUIREMENTS

(1) All licensees must display current licenses conspicuously in public view. Addresses on personal licenses may be redacted. (2) Booth renters must clearly label all areas of the salon or shop maintained by the renter, such as retail, "roll-abouts," carts, and manicure tables. (3) Apprentices must display current Montana Registered Apprenticeship ID cards conspicuously in public view when providing services to the public in a salon or shop.
