ARM 24.121.412. NAME CHANGE, CLOSURE, OR CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

(1) Licensed premises must notify the board within ten days of a change in business name, business closure, or change in ownership. (2) When there is a change in 50 percent or more of ownership, the license issued to the previous owner is void and a new license must be obtained.
