ARM 24.121.611. EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCESS

(1) Applicants sitting for the examination shall adhere to the standards and requirements for admission to the examination, including the payment of appropriate fees. (2) Applicants shall obtain a scale score of at least 75 percent to pass the examination for licensure to practice or for an instructor's license. (3) In addition to the requirements of 37-31-308 , MCA, candidates who have taken the examination and failed shall apply to be reexamined and pay the necessary examination fees as required.
