ARM 24.126.510. ENDORSEMENT

(1) In order to receive a license by endorsement, license applicants shall provide proof of equal credentials from the current licensing state. In instances where applicant cannot demonstrate equal credentials, the applicant may obtain a license upon successful passage of the SPEC examination administered by the NBCE.
