ARM 24.131.401. PURPOSE

(1) The Business and Occupational Licensing Bureau has the statutory duty to enforce the laws of Montana concerning the safety and protection of workers, and has the responsibility to license construction blasters and to promulgate rules to carry out the provisions of this statute including rules governing the use of explosives.
