ARM 24.135.545. NATIONAL COMMISSION CERTIFICATION

(1) Applicants for a first-class or second-class crane and hoist engineer's license may provide proof of certification by the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators. (2) The bureau will issue a license by national commission certification to an applicant provided that the applicant: (a) files a completed application with the required fees; and (b) holds a current and valid certificate issued by the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators.
