ARM 24.138.2402. SCREENING PANEL

(1) The screening panel shall consist of three dentists, one dental hygienist, one public member, and one denturist. The presiding officer of the screening panel may reappoint or replace screening panel members as necessary at the presiding officer's discretion.
(2) The screening panel shall not consider anonymous complaints.
