ARM 24.141.401. BOARD MEETINGS

(1) The quarterly meetings of the State Electrical Board shall be held in the months of July, October, January and April of each year on such dates as may be scheduled by the board. (2) Special meetings or conference calls of the board shall be held at the call of the president of the board. (3) Any three members of the board being present shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of transacting any business to come before the board at a regular or special meeting.
