ARM 24.142.2101. RENEWALS

(1) Renewal is the responsibility of the licensee and although the department may send reminder notices to the last address provided by the licensee, failure to receive such notices does not relieve licensees of their responsibility of renewal. (2) The renewal form will contain a declaration made under the penalty of perjury of the laws of Montana attesting to having obtained the requisite continuing education.
