ARM 24.142.2103. CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS REQUIRED

(1) In order to renew any class of elevator mechanic license or elevator inspector license, the licensee must have completed at least eight hours of approved continuing education during the two-year license period immediately preceding the renewal. (2) Licensees must present valid completion certificates to the department upon request by the department.
